FREE SHIPPING TO MOST OF AUSTRALIA
Valley Pumps & Irrigation Systems offers free shipping to most areas across Australia. All displayed prices include freight and GST unless otherwise stated or quoted.LARGE, BULKY & HEAVY ORDERS
For oversized items or orders containing multiple products, please give us a call so we can organise the best freight rate available at the time.
Deliveries for large or bulky items, as well as shipments to remote locations, may incur additional freight charges. While we do our best to absorb these costs, this isn’t always possible. If extra freight charges apply, we’ll contact you to arrange payment or offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Orders are generally sent with signature-on-delivery for added security, unless you request otherwise.
If additional freight charges are required before dispatch, you’ll be contacted to either approve the fee or cancel the order for a full refund.
Remote Locations
Deliveries to non-metropolitan or remote areas within Australia may attract extra freight costs. If applicable, we’ll contact you to confirm the charges or give you the option to cancel the order with a full refund.
Freight Carriers
Valley Pumps & Irrigation Systems uses a range of trusted freight providers, including Australia Post, Direct Freight, Aramex (Fastway), Transdirect, Couriers Please and TNT. The courier selected will depend on your delivery location, as well as the size and weight of your order.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirming the courier used along with your tracking details. Signature-on-delivery applies unless otherwise requested.
Express Post Options
If Express Post is available for your item, you’ll see the option during checkout for an additional $15. Please note that Express Post is not available for multiple-item orders through the checkout.
If you require expedited shipping for multiple items, please contact us directly for a custom freight quote.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier servicing your area.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays or additional reshipping charges.
Delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, floods, fires, or other disruptions.

Urgent Orders
Many of our lighter products can be shipped via Australia Post Express. If you require urgent delivery and the Express option isn’t visible at checkout, please call us to arrange expedited shipping. Additional charges may apply.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take every care to ensure items arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a defective product, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Valley Pumps & Irrigation Systems is not responsible for products that have been incorrectly installed, stored, or used.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. We’ll contact you to confirm the revised address and freight cost.
If you choose not to have the order re-sent, a refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
